No Court-Record Data on File
Schoolcraft County Court Docket does not host, compile, sell, or maintain a database of court dockets or personal case-file information. Court-record access is controlled by the maintaining court and clerk. In Michigan, MCR 8.119 governs public court-record access, and MCL 15.232(h)(iv) excludes court records from the Michigan FOIA definition.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate search tools that may appear here. Information submitted to a partner is subject to that partner’s privacy practices, retention decisions, and sharing terms, which we do not control.
Links to Other Websites
Links to court, clerk, MiCOURT, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy policies. Review those policies before providing personal information. Advertising partners may conduct activity tracking on their own systems.

We do not sell personal data. Information can be available to the following recipients where needed:
